Ones mental approach to the game is a key element in peak performance. In mental preparation program we look at areas such as breathing, positive reinforcement, pre-shot routines and visualization skills development. The program involves theoretical and practical learning with much of the work done in a 'real time' on course situation.
The programme is run over a series of six one hour lessons over a period of 6 weeks.
